  • Each child shares one thing about their week.
  • Opening Prayer:
  • Attention Activity: 
    • Show picture of Jesus being baptized. Ask kids what they remember from last week’s lesson?
    • Let children pick flowers and answer the questions on them.
    • Point to the picture again. Ask: “Whose voice did Jesus Christ and John the Baptist hear after Jesus was baptized?
    • “Heavenly Father was watching Jesus’ baptism and was pleased that Jesus was baptized. There was another person at Jesus’ baptism. This person helps Heavenly Father and Jesus. He is called the Holy Ghost of the Holy Spirit.”
  • Doctrine and Covenants 130:22 Holy Ghost loves and helps us like Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We can not see the Him because he is just a spirit. But He will give us a warm, happy feeling.
  • Read “How Does the Holy Ghost Make Me Feel?” book
    • Let each child be wrapped in a warm blanket and tell them this is warmth like the Holy Ghost.
